Total Time: 3 hr, 15 min
Each flavor makes about 12 gummies
Ingredients:
Mango, Lemon & Turmeric Gummies
1 cup mango, chopped – fresh or frozen
½ cup water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp turmeric
2.5 Tbsp gelatin (2 ½ packets)
10-20 drops liquid stevia
Blackberry/Raspberry/Strawberry Gummies
1 cup blackberries/raspberries, or strawberries – fresh or frozen
½ cup water
2.5 Tbsp gelatin (2 ½ packets)
10-20 drops liquid stevia
Directions:
If you are making all 3 flavors, make each flavor separately.
Add all of the ingredients (minus the gelatin and stevia) into a high-speed blender until you have a pureed fruit liquid.
Pour the fruit puree into a saucepan and heat over a low heat. Add the gelatin and whisk until fully combined and there are no lumps. Add stevia liquid (if using) to sweeten as you desire. Taste and add more if needed.
Heat the mixture until all the gelatin is dissolved, DO NOT LET IT BOIL! Once dissolved remove from heat.
Pour into molds to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours. You can put them in the freezer if you wish to hurry this process up.
Pop out of the mold.
Store in an airtight box in the fridge for about 10 days.
