​Unlike other healthcare providers, nutritionists are not compensated for time spent on messaging between visits. Therefore, in fairness to our team's time and to ensure we provide you the service you deserve, we have developed guidelines regarding messaging.

We have 15-minute follow-up consultations, which are most commonly used for those "quick check- ins".
